Classical-progressive-jazz-rock fusion. David Sancious and Eddie Jobson have been my models. My favorite musicians aren't necessarily bassists, but soloists on other instruments. Jim Walker; flute, Arturo Sandoval; trumpet, Dr. L. Subramaniam; violin, Tony Macalpine, Steve Howe, and Steve Morse; guitar. Now as far as the bass guitar is concerned, The Big 3, or Jeff Berlin, Jaco Pastorious, and Stanley Clarke.
