Yes, I love music but my strength is writing lyric's and I also spend a lot of time creating new melodies/rhythms. No, I haven't been playing a musical instrument long but when you dedicate yourself like I have and play 17-18 hours a day it doesn't matter how long you've been playing. I also try to complete 3 full songs everyday and even when I'm at work I'm constantly coming up with lyrics in my head for the songs I'm gonna create when I get off. Writing was my passion before and I wrote a lot of poetry, some short stories and even 3 different speeches for people who spoke in front of actually a lot of people. Writing/creating music ended up being the thing I loved in life though, and even if I haven't been doing as long as most people I'd still rather someone steal my girlfriend than steal my guitar. Haha.
