EQUIPMENT
Vintage equipment when working with analog to tubes amps, works great for live playing, don’t apply digital in line with vintage if you can help it. The combo will always be a pain in the ass for stability in tone. Yes it can be done, but why put yourself through unwanted stress for everyone. KISS-“keeps it simple stupid”. The soundman is working for you, not trying deal with a fucked up signal. That’s why he gives up and hands you the direct box. Lol
