Hey everyone.
A little background...
I've been in two pretty serious bands, with regular shows, album releases, etc back when I lived in Cali. I did vocals in both bands, and really enjoyed it, BUT the music style wasn't really me. It was too heavy, and I honestly got tired of it after a while.
Throughout the whole time of playing with those bands, I worked on my own music, but never bothered looking for other musicians since I was already bound to those projects and didn't have time.
The music I play is alternative indie or psychedelic rock, I suppose. Never covers, only original music. Improv is pretty important to me, although I understand it's important to have defined songs as well. I probably have around 10 tracks, but have additional incomplete music I'd like to work with someone else on.
I think I'm mostly looking for a bass player at this point. A drummer could be good too, I'm hoping on getting out of this apartment soon and moving into a house so noise complaints wouldn't be an issue.
I have a decent amount of gear.. Two Mackie 1000watt's, my electric and bass guitar, a 72 key KORG, microphones, in ears, etc and I've got a board with the capability to record.
Anyways, I can blabber for a while but I honestly have no idea what the music scene is like in Florida.
