I am a 31 year old drummer who just moved to Seattle from NY. I have played in local bands since I was about 14 and I am looking to start or join a band now that I am living here in Seattle. I have a 9-5 job but I am free to practice and gig nights and weekends. I have my own drumkit, drum cases, hardware and cymbals. I don't have a car yet but I have been using zip car when needed. I am looking for something serious and fun.

I have a ton of influences but lately they have been The Mars Volta, Led Zeppelin, Dinosaur Jr., Queens of the Stone Age, Mastodon, James Brown, Fugazi, Deftones and ...And You Will Know Us By The Trail of Dead.
EQUIPMENT
6 piece Gretsch kit (although I usually only use a 4 piece). Zildjian and paste cymbals, dw 9000 pedal series, soft shell drum cases, Mostly Pearl hardware.
