I am a dedicated drummer/musician who can make whatever band I am in sound better - in other words, I play for the song and the music. I have most experience in classic rock but am also well-versed in modern rock as well. I know the 'jam band' genres such as the Dead, Allman Bros, plus progressive styles like Yes and Genesis. I love motown, reggae and jazz. When I learn a new tune I strive to make it danceable and always at the right dynamic level.

Influences
Steve Gadd, Bernard Purdie, Charlie Watts, Bill Kreutzman, Butch Trucks, John Bonham, Bill Bruford and Larry Mullen, Jr. I really like to emulate the styles of whoever the drummer is if it's a cover, and play drum parts that serve the song for originals.

EQUIPMENT
Yamaha Recording Custom and Oak Custom, and Tama Superstar birch acoustic drum kits. Yamaha DTX900 top-of-the-line electronic drums on a rack or hardware. I am an expert in electronics and can use a multi-pad to trigger samples to enhance the sound of a band.
