I enjoy playing guitar, both acoustic and electric. I'm looking to jam with anyone with an eclectic taste in genres. Currently I'm (reluctantly semi-retired) so I have some time during weekdays, nevertheless, weekends are still best for me.
I am a long time student of guitarist Steve Greene.

Summer WindThe classic tune Summer Wind. Backing tracks by Band In A Box and lead/rhythm guitars by me. I played my Heritage H-575 on the lead track and my old Epiphone Triumph on the rhythm. Recorded with Garageband.
New York State Of Mind
New York State Of MindBilly Joel's "New York State of Mind" played on my late 30s Epiphone Triumph archtop guitar. Recorded in Garageband using backing tracks from Band In A Box.
DaddyI found this song in a folder full of Christmas music. I couldn't recall hearing it before but I definitely like the melody. Searching around I found a video of Bobby Troup playing this with his trio and discovered the lyrics aren't really holiday-related at all. Let's just say the words haven't aged well. Recorded in GarageBand with my Xaviere XV-900 (first time recording) into an M-Audio M-Track 2x2 interface. My guitar was plugged into my PAiA Stack-in-a-Box preamp with the speaker simulation on and I added a Rocktron Hush Super-C noise reduction unit.
Winter WonderlandI recorded this one with my Xaviere XV-900, neck pickup and tone on 1. Used all analog effects through a M-Audio M-Track 2x2. Backing tracks by Band In A Box, as usual.
Sunny Moon for Two
Sunny Moon for TwoRecorded this one years ago (probably in ProTools Free) but I like the guitar tone.
Blue ChristmasAn instrumental version of the song Elvis Presley made famous. I used my old Univox Les Paul copy DI'd with amp and effects in Garageband. Accompaniment by Band In A Box, as usual.
Funk No. 1
Funk No. 1Just a quick little exercise for playing with the changes. Backing track from Band In A Box. My old Univox Les Paul copy with just the neck pickup and an envelope filter recorded in Garageband.
Summertime (Uptempo)An uptempo version of a tune usually played as a ballad. Backing tracks by Band In A Box. I'm playing my Heritage H-575 with the Tweed amp sim in Garageband.
Ain't No Sunshine
Ain't No SunshineThe Bill Withers classic. Backing tracks by Band In A Box. I played my Heritage H-575 archtop with effects in Garageband.
MoonglowOne of the classics. All acoustic guitar work from my 30s Epiphone Triumph archtop.
What Are You Doing New Years Eve
What Are You Doing New Years EveA slight departure from my usual for the holidays, this Frank Loesser standard is all about New Years Eve. Backing tracks (as usual) by Band In A Box. I'm playing my Heritage H-575 direct into GarageBand.
ImpressionsJust a quickie recording of John Coltrane's Impressions. Backing tracks from Band in a Box, as usual. Played direct in with my Heritage H-575.
So WhatClassic modal jazz by Miles Davis off Kind of Blue. Backing tracks by Band In A Box. My late-30s Epiphone Triumph archtop recorded with an Apex 430 large-diameter condenser mic. Remixed version.
Wild ThingWhen you've had bad week and all you want to do is turn every knob up and wail.
Mr. PCPlayed with my old Univox Les Paul copy.
