Update: 01/03/2024 - I haven't been on here in years, but am back looking for a third musician to add to our duo. We're in our late 30's and 40's, and both have great jobs. The music venture we're pursuing is both for hobby and for a little extra income through gigging. We typically shoot for at least a gig or two a month, but do play out more depending on our schedules and gig requests. We've mostly been covering songs from all sorts of genres and artists, but we do sprinkle in a handful of originals as well. We cover songs from Bill Withers, Ryan Adams, Sublime, Toby Keith, the Band, Ray LaMontagne, Nelly, and all sorts of others. We really try to incorporate a little bit of everything but with our own style and sound.

We are really hoping to find someone in a similar position as us in regards to their career and personal life, someone who is not necessarily pursuing music as their main career but who enjoys playing enough that they can carve out some time for occasional practices and gigs. Ideally we'd love to find someone who can play lead by ear, or someone who is well-versed in many instruments. We're not really opposed to anything as long as it adds to our sound. I am mostly a rhythm player, so someone who could provide some fills and solos would be ideal. If you also feel confident in singing some backup vocals or harmonies, that would be even better. Again, we'd love to find a "utility" player, but we're open to lead guitar, keys, violin, fiddle, and bass (electric or even upright).

We are both very laid back guys who just love to make some music and entertain when we have the opportunity. We tend to play three hour sets at breweries and bars in and around Colorado Springs, and occasionally record tracks or make videos for marketing purposes. We have a great thing going right now, but we've both agreed it would be even better with a third musician if they fit the bill.
