My names Tom, and yes I make and sell moonshine. Been singing for fun, mostly karaoke for years. Always got praise, bar flys would give me props on the soul and authenticity I brought to the songs. I made friends with a guitarist who heard me sing and wanted to start a band with me. We went our separate ways more or less with lack of time to get together and practice after I started working construction.

Johnny Cash, Outlaw country legends like Waylon Jennings, Willie Nelson, Kris Krisstofferson, Merle Haggard, and David Allen Coe, etc. etc. etc. the list is too long.

Blues players like Stevie Ray Vaughn, Robert Johnson, Ray Charles, and Jimi Hendrix.

I love classic and southern rock. Lynyrd Skynyrd, Creedence Clearwater Revival, The Doors, George Thoroughgood, Confederate Railroad, Led Zeppelin, Queen, Pink Floyd, etc. etc. etc.

My true roots are old school country, especially Hank Williams Sr. and I am a Hank Williams III superfan. He successfully fused country, metal, punk in the best way I could imagine.

I also grew up listening to an alternative, underground, politically incorrect, zero fu*ks given, blue collar, hillbilly rock band with a massive southern following called Rebel Son.

I also love blue grass like Bill Monroe, and even deathgrass like Grandpa's Cough Medicine.

I also listen to metal like to Pantera and multiple metal/country fusion bands.

Instrument experience:

Acoustic Guitar:

Small amount of acoustic guitar. Looking to improve. But mostly I am a singer. I got range, but it's a weird range, yet I make it work. Been told I'm perfect for outlaw country.
