Start-up project for eclectic, open minded, mature musicians who play for joy first, profit second. I am looking for people who love music and want to play in a casual atmosphere, have fun first and grow from there. Prefer responsible adult band-members. The love of expression through music must come first.
This set-up will begin as a duo or trio, acoustic instruments, guitar, fiddle, percussion, with the potential for others to be added along the way, or not, as the situation and attitude of the members allows.

Influences
I was heavily influenced as a teen by what is now known as "classic rock", and I still enjoy it today. Rod Stewart and the Faces, The King, The Beatles, Jimi Hendrix, The Who, Stones, Grand Funk, Some Grateful Dead, John Lee Hooker,
I also love traditionals either ballads or folk tunes, celtic stuff heavy on the rythym guitar and percussion, bluegrass songs, old school blues
anything acoustic-based these days, though I am not at all opposed to electrified music. I do so love the sound of acoustic rythym guitar and good percussion with an overcurrent of sweet soulful fiddling like molasses on corn cakes......
Members Of Band
Yours truly, so far, Tony Nelson-rythym guitar, 6 or 12 strings, baritone vocals. I do know some songs, I am not a "front man" by any means, but can sing and play rythym guitar at the same time. I also like traditionals, pop songs from the 60's 70's, I also enjoy instrumentals
