Torn Hammer is a newer band to the Tucson scene. We come from Northern AZ. The drummer and guitarist are the original founding members. We found a kick ass bass player here in Tucson, and now we need the same in a vocalist/frontman. We are not your average cookie cutter metal. We are very dynamic and melodic, and have a unique sound. We are not emo, death, or any kind of "core".
What we seek in a vocalist is simple: Someone that will show up! Ok, there's more to it then just that. We are looking for someone that can use their voice, not just growl and scream. Yes, there are times when the music is aggressive and screaming is a good thing. But what about the rest of the time? We do not require someone that has been trained by any means. We are not looking for a Beiber. Your vocals can be scratchy, deep, high, mid, pitch perfect, or completely unique. We are open to try any style because you never know what will or could work until you try.

We are influenced by many, both as individual musicians and as a band. However, we are not trying to emulate any other band, musician, or sound. We are our own creation.
Members Of Band
Right now we are a 3 piece consisting of drums, bass, and guitar. There is room for a second guitarist as well, but a singer is most important to us right now.

We have everything we need for rehearsal and shows. We have a rehearsal space.
