Been singing (in a choir in Jr. High + on) for 7+ years, and singing as a hobby for even longer. Just moved to the Portland area so looking to find some equally dedicated and cool individuals looking for either a clean/unclean vocalist. I'd prefer a 2 vocalist setup, with me either been clean or unclean vocals depending on how things fit, but I'm open to doing both.
Also note: I'm usually available days as well as nights, but this site only lets you pick on. There are even times when I'm available mornings, I'm just a sh*t morning person because I'm a pretty huge night owl, so everyone will probably hate me in the morning.
My current job affords me a decent amount of time to practice, gig, play shows.

Influences
My major influences as far as music goes are: Alexisonfire, Underoath, Every Time I Die, letlive., Dance Gavin Dance, Circa Survive, Eidola, Brand New, A lot Like Birds and emo/pop-punk such as The Wonder Years, Say Anything, Modern Baseball, Real Friends, La Dispute. Heavier influences drift more towards the Norma Jean and similar realm of metal. My music interests also include a pretty wide range of hip-hop and some pop music as well, so I can draw from a lot of genres. I would rather focus on a heavier sound for a band though, but, really open to many options.
EQUIPMENT
I moved here 8 months ago with just about nothing, but my current job allows me to afford quite a bit of equipment once we start getting booked.
