South shore musician looking to form a band or join and existing band looking for a lead guitars that can also handle some background vox and some lite keyboard work. I can play drums as well and would consider switching things up too! I have been writing originals for many years and continue to work on new ideas every day. Would love to incorporate some original tunes into a band as well, but I enjoy playing rock covers in a band setting to get things going. My ideal band scenario would be everyone learns and practices new tunes on their own to get their parts down, then get together as a band to rehearse and get the songs tight. I don't need to be on an every-week type practice schedule unless it makes sense depending on the situation (such as getting ready for a gig, or learning a bunch of new songs). Would be great to play out 1 or 2 times per month mostly for fun and keeping my chops up. Have plenty of experience playing in bands over past 30 years, and have pro gear.

Influences
Guitar-oriented rock bands - think 80s hard rock (Ratt, Crue, Whitesnake, VH, etc), but also love classic stuff going back to Zep, Who, Rush, and so on. Would love to play with similar musicians that grew up in the 70s/80s and appreciate that sound!

Marshall JCM800 head with 4x12 cab. Effects pedals galore. Main electric guitars are PRS Custom24 and a Fender Deluxe Strat. Main acoustics are Guild and Martin.
