Looking to form a band to do covers and some originals. Plan on starting out doing some bar gigs and moving into casuals (parties, corporate events, weddings, etc). I'm mainly a songwriter/producer now, so I have to be able to have an outlet for original material, so the bar gigs and recording are always part of the plan.

Influences
Where does one start? Classic rock is big - Led Zeppelin, the Doors, Aerosmith, Hendrix... Also loved the a lot of 60s - Beach Boys, Beatles, Hollies, etc. I liked a lot of the Indie/Alternative music from late 80s to mid 90s as well - Weezer, Oasis, Pixies, some of the grunge stuff, some more obscure stuff. Some punky stuff - Ramones, Black Flag, Blondie...Some post punk - Joy Division, Smiths, Sonic Youth, blah, blah, blah...
Members Of Band
Myself and a bass player. Looking for a keyboard player or guitar player that can sing, drummer (back up singing ability a plus). I can sing, but health issues have limited my capacity lately.
