ABOUT

I moved to Metrowest from Los Angeles over 7 years ago, and soon after found two original projects here where I sing and play guitar. One of them, Falls So Fast, is a recording project with a cowriter featuring a range of local musicians—we're working on our 4th album now and you can stream the other three everywhere.

The other band, Shift to Low (Shifttolow) has two guitars and an amazing bass player, but we're looking for a full-time drummer. Even better if you can add to our multi-part harmonies. The drummer we're currently using is a great session player, but we're looking for a bandmate for the long term.

We play out of Ashland on either Mondays or Tuesdays in a quality studio that includes in-ears where you can adjust your own mix on your phone (M32) with a seperate engineering room and guitars in ISO boxes so we can record anything in a moment. We've recently started recording a set of 18 songs, like to gig out occasionally, and even have the studio rigged with lighting and several quality cameras so we can livestream out of it.

We also have a quality house kit that lives at the studio and is always miked up (for the in-ears), so you don't have to lug (nor leave) your kit for rehearsals. So, if you're a drummer with solid chops and want to be part of creating, recording, and performing original music in a quality studio, give our stuff a listen at shifttolow and get in touch if you like what you hear.
