ABOUT
Entering our 4th season we are seeking a bass player as our previous bassist has moved out of state.
2016 will be a great season including casinos, large car shows, other outdoor events plus a steady Friday Saturday gig at least 2 weekends a month. Not everyone can play this music. You have to be able to play in 7/4 time transition to 4/4 then back to 7/4. Do you know the difference in playing in 3/4 and 6/4 time? Floyd actually started out as a blues cover band in the 60's and it is evident in in both Rogers Waters and David Gilmours playing. Bass runs are standard blues runs and almost all leads are played using the Pentatonic scale. Think you qualify? Contact us and let's talk. People still love this music and it is evident every time we play out. Greatly rewarding to see people of all ages from 15 - 80 singing along.

EQUIPMENT
We own everything it takes to put on a Floyd show. Lots of lights, fog, a Behringer X32 and a new state of the art vertical line array PA system by Carvin. Much cleaner than JBL or Yamaha box speakers. all you need to bring is a bass guitar.
