ABOUT

I moved to this area in the early 1980s... Was a working musician when I first came here and still am. A few points of musical interest maybe I did Mountain Dew commercials in 1979, layed guitar song that went to number one in Billboard in 1982, became the lead guitarist for Humble Pie that year also... My smiling face can be seen on disk 2 of the Atlanta years CD set. After that I went to work in Nashville where I have mixed mastered and played guitar on thousands of tracks. For the last decade I have been lead guitarist for a Motown band called "Love, Peace and Happiness" and am the engineer at a studio in Chattanooga.

EQUIPMENT

My main guitars are 2- Hardtail Fender Stratocaster's, PRS McCarty semihollow, Les Paul standard, and a custom shop Strat, I fully endorse and use only Prichard amplifiers… because they are the best ! I jokingly have two pedalboards... For the Motown band I have one with a Vox HW Wah, Moolon Chorus , FX Engineering Tumbleweed compressor and Spitfire OD, Fulltone Plimsoul, and a custom-made envelope filter, and tremolo/phase shifter. My blues/rock 'n' roll/original band pedal board is a Vox HW wah.
