30+ years playing bass and guitar. Toured Europe w/ Bluegrass and main stream old country back in the day. Played the last year with a 4 piece female fronted Carole King, Van Morrison type of thing, played 3 years prior with roots Rock-a-Billy band until the guys started playing 5-6 gigs a month all over Illinois and I could not commit the time required. Played in a main stream jazz trio before that commuting to Chicago where the other two guys are from once a month to play at the old Pump Room. Advanced hobbyist that realized long ago I was not going to be a star so I better concentrate on my Engineering Consulting business.
