ABOUT

I'm looking to start a podcast for label seeking bands and artists called "Undiscovered". The basic idea is to give ambitious musicians a place to get their original material heard by the masses and build a fan base. I'm not seeking monetary gain from this so you don't have to worry about paying anything, I just want to give others a chance to achieve their goals.

Here is all that is required to make this work:
* A brief written description of you as an artist or your band including genre, name(s), inspirations and ambitions.
* Between 1 and 3 tracks of moderate, or better, recording quality. I know not everyone has access to a studio so I'm not expecting perfection, but you want to give the audience your best to get the best result.
* A photo of you to display in the podcast description as well as a photo or video granting permission to use your tracks for the "Undiscovered" podcast.

Some of you may be worried about sharing your work like this but anything you've recorded is protected under intellectual property law. Meaning I can't use it for anything other than what you give me permission for. So no worries.

Lastly, if you make it into the show, and especially if you get positive feedback from listeners, I may contact you for an interview.

Well that's all I got. I hope some of you are willing to give this little experiment a try with me and I look forward to working with you.

If you are interested at all you can reach me at BenDJack8489 via Google.

Influences

I absolutely love hard rock and metal. Shinedown, Godsmack, Pearljam, Queensryche, Motionless In White, Stitched Up Heart, Disturbed, Skillet, Chris Ledoux, In This Moment and Metallica are just a few.

I have worked hard to manipulate my voice to sound as different as possible from one song to the next. Some say this is risky, but I refuse to be one of those singers that people say always sounds the same.
