Mainly looking for a vocalist ... or a vocalist and keys/guitar in one package.

Our main focus is prog/hard rock/blues original material. We have a lot of influences that we are drawing our inspiration from. Among those are Hard Rock/Prog Rock (Deep Purple, Zeppelin, King Crimson, Yes, early Rush) and melodic metal (Iron Maiden). Here is the sample of our most recent work in progress:

As a drummer I am a big fan of Ian Paice's and John Bonham's, hence come Deep Purple and Led Zeppelin. I also like a lot Pink Floyd, Cream, Uriah Heep, King Crimson. Our other member of the band, the lead guitarist, pretty much loves anything from Zep to Floyd to Yes to Crimson to Sabbath... In addition we both like Latin and Arabic music. Definitely, we prefer to go in our own direction rather than just copying someone else's style or songs. Therefore, we are creating a sort of melting pot out of our influences.

We rent some space at a local studio in Rockaway NJ and jam once or twice a week. Since we are getting the instrumental side lined up we need to add a 4th person to do the lead vocal and either have keyboard or guitar ability.

While gigging is certainly an option down the road, right now we want to build a stable group and continue building on the 15 or so songs currently in the pipeline.
