Going to University of Iowa for Chemical Engineering, but I feel myself losing touch with music. Used to be in a local band. Know a fair share of music theory and write songs in my free time, but have no group to entrust them to. Will raise my levels of involvement and seriousness depending on the group. Choir boy.

Influences
I love the feel of late 70’s early 80’s, but good music has no timeline. Jukebox the Ghost has always been a favorite band of mine. I listen to Dexter Gordon and Sonny Rollins while doing homework, sing Wlton John in the shower, and cover Green Day when I feel like punching something. I’ve always loved musicals, as well, and am well established as a performer in my home town.

EQUIPMENT
I’ve got an electric guitar I play chords on, a keyboard I’m in the process of learning, and a saxophone I’ve been playing for 9 years, more recently within the realm of my old high school’s impromptu jazz group, Golden Blues.
