I have been singing since... good lord I can't remember when. I think it's easier to say I don't remember when I *haven't* been singing. I sing... constantly. Like, even at times when people don't really want me to... you know, at work, in public, at the store, waiting in line, that sort of thing. I'm a regular rush hour rock star, and I'm not afraid to belt out my favorite tunes at stoplights with the windows down. Seriously, it was a New Years Resolution...

Influences
Grew up on Moody Blues, Pink Floyd, etc - lots of old British Stuff (but no Beatles or Stones, plz, kthx - I'm a snob about music with substance). Beyond that... freakin' *numerous*. I have a voice for southern rock (I'm from the Ozarks, what can I say), but have an ear for electronic music, and enjoy a bit of an Irish lilt. I can't sit still when it comes to big band swing either. No country though. Girl's gotta have standards. I'm short enough, and I hear that stuff'll stunt your growth.
EQUIPMENT
I have AN acoustic guitar. Total. Started taking lessons last November - looking for someone to play with so I can pick it up a bit more quickly.
