We are a band of fender rhodes, bass, stratocaster and lead and harmony vocals. A drummer who has a strong back beat yet a delicate attack. Not too loud. Not too busy. Not easily bored. Definitely no drum solos. Not rusty and just getting back in it. Not a multi-instrumentalist who really just kinda likes the drums. Knows space between notes, interesting drum parts, and interest in arranging new and cover songs. Think Jim Keltner, Richie Haywood, Russel Batiste Jr, . All of us are mature, non substance users. Practice weekly and gig monthly or bimonthly. Must be open to musical suggestions with ego not easily wounded.
