ABOUT

I'm 23, and have a Bachelor of Arts degree in vocal music. I sing everything from radio hits to broadway, classical, opera, rock, folk, you name it. I love all kinds of music, and love to sing in all sorts of different genres. I have performed genres such as pop, jazz, torch songs, broadway, classical, opera, lounge music, art songs, adult contemporary, country, even renaissance/madrigals. I have played the violin since I was 8 years old, and have dabbled in writing my own music. (I also have some keyboard skills.) I just love music and I love performing. The two files I have attached are from my college Senior recital in May of 2005. The first is "Adieu" by Faure, and the second is "Skylark" by Hoagy Carmichael. Please keep in mind I was training in classical and opera in college, so these pieces have a decidedly classical tone and style. My tone and style do change depending on the genre and type of music, I just don't have any recordings of other types of music as of yet.
