Drummer of 10+ years with experience playing in multiple bands and various genres. Ideally, I am looking to start a raw, old school sounding ska-punk band, very much in the vein of Operation Ivy, but I'm open to playing basically anything if I like it.

Among the genres I've played in different bands are reggae, funk, alternative rock, garage rock, groove metal/alt. metal, and a few others. I've played in various jazz, concert, and percussion ensembles back in high school, and while I'm not necessarily looking to do any of those things now, they have nonetheless influenced the way I approach performance, and my drumming style as a whole.

I just recently moved to an apartment, so I currently do not have a consistent rehearsal space, but hopefully this will change soon.

If you're interested in playing some raw, dirty, confrontational, and catchy ska/punk/hardcore, or, if you're doing any musical endeavor you think I'd be a good fit for, do not hesitate to contact me.

(The music I have featured on this page is from my last band, Breathe Easy, but there are plenty of other amateur videos/audio of me playing other styles floating around. If you're interested in hearing them, just ask.)

For the band I'm looking to start:

Operation Ivy, Rancid, NOFX, Sublime, Dead Kennedys, The Transplants, Refused, Black Flag, Anti-Flag, Bad Religion, etc.

Actual influences on my playing are too complicated to explain through here. I'm basically a metalhead, (my screen name is a Pantera reference, ICYMI) but I play way more like Chad Smith than I do Dave Lombardo. You'd have to ask me to really get the full picture, lol.
