Hello, my name is Will Styir and I am an 18 year old musician based in Florida. I have always had a big passion for music and for about 4 years now have been making music. I am mostly self taught, and I excel in production and electronic music. I have been learning bass (still very new to it) as well as working to become a vocalist, my current vocal range for singing is e3 to f#6, and I can do some decent mids and lows for metal. My favorite genres are Metal, Reggae, and Techno.

Influences

When it comes to Reggae, my biggest influences and idols are Bob Marley (The Wailers), Jacob Miller (Inner Circle), Yellowman, Gregory Isaacs (The Roots Radics), and Stick Figure. I would love to be a vocalist/writer for a Reggae band with an old school roots vibe.

When it comes to metal, my biggest influences are Daniel Thompkins (TesseracT), Vincent Bennet (The Acacia Strain), Dustin Mitchell (Filth), Vilhelm Bladin (Vildhjarta), and Spencer Sotello (Periphery). I would love to be in either a more chill progressive band with more singing or a more downtempo hardcore band where I can go crazy.

When it comes to Electronic music, my main influences are Phuture, Virtual Riot, Andrew Huang, Daniel Avery, and Soulwax. I would love to do a Techno duo/trio with a very oldschool 80s/90s Acid House vibe, while also bringing in some more modern elements and flavors.
