Band to Join, Rhythm Guitar, Lead Guitar, Bass Guitar, Keyboard, Background Singer, Other.

I'm the first to admit I'm not the world's greatest drummer, but I CAN play...not sure know how else to put it. I love to play, I love to gig, but what I NEED is to be making good music...to be one of a "band" of people who are all tapped into the same ethereal "thing" (call it feeling, rhythm, pocket, groove, "intuitive rhythmic and melodic patterning of the universe", or, the true technical description, "Did that feel good, or what?"). That's really what I'm looking for. I'll gladly audition for a band, but I'm really looking for musicians (Bass, RG & LG, Keys, Vocals) in a similar "place", who are good enough to reasonably handle most classic dance tunes on a "request" basis, so that we can get together to play tunes that we WANT to play (covers OR originals, old OR new, popular OR more uncommon), play out when we're ready...and see what happens.
I know...I know...I want to win the lottery too...date super models...get immediate "respect from the people I meet"...etc. Cast com me at waltbk at dotnet.
