ABOUT

We are Wartux, an original & very eclectic band! Our roots are rock and roll, but with extensive influences. Our songs vary from psychedelic to ballads to heavier rock (not metal yet , although we plan to experiment with a metal cover soon) to jazz fusion to funk. Listen to our 1st 2 albums, and you will hear this diverse range.

We are looking to recruit a lead vocalist. Ideally, the vocalist would also play a 2nd instrument (e.g. electric piano, keys, or a horn). We are open to other instruments too, but a strong lead vocalist is a priority. We focus on original music, but also do some covers.

We want to keep developing & growing our sound, and are definitely open to another song writer (music and or lyrics). If you're a vocalist but not a lyricist, we can write lyrics for you.

Our goals are continued recording, and playing live gigs ASAP now that the worse of COVID is hopefully behind us.
