Mature drummer, percussionist with a recent 3 year passion for washboard, musical spoons, bones, folk Bongoes. In two working local busking and performing combos. Seeking collaboration with delta blues, Americana, bluegrass, alt folk, anti folk, folk punk, funk, gangsta grass, trad jazz, street jazz players for mutual benefit. I am also a proficient rudiments based snare drummer with a brass funk swing feel. And am decent with brushes.

EQUIPMENT

I play pearl drums compact travelers kit, my main washboard is a unmodified generic adonized steel board. I use brass and nickel thimbles, (I also have a tricked out Columbus washboard with blocks and bells) Meinel Bongoes, foot jingles, Heritage Maple Wood spoons, ebony and rosewood bones, tambourines, shakers, my snares include: pork pie 13”x7”, Yamaha 14”x51/4” Zildjian 14”x6” remo piccolo 14”x4” I also have a full 1984 Pearl DLX full kit with rack.
