Hi, I'm Dan Wasko. I've been in a folk-punk band, a prog cover band, and recorded for a pop-punk band once. I have a current harsh noise/ambient project as well.
I've got moderate theory knowledge, but I can't read sheet music (i.e., talk to me about theory stuff and I'm good, but show me a sheet and I'll only be able to tell a few things from it).
I primarily play fingerstyle, I can keep rhythm pick, I'm proficient at slapping, and I'm better at chording than I have any actual reason to be.
I'd like to find a dub band, pop-punk band, or twinkle emo/math rock band (Cap'n Jazz, Snowing, Algernon Cadwallader, American Football, etc.)

Influences
Sting, Justin Chancellor, and Jonas Hellborg would be my primary three influences, I think. I like to learn whatever the hell I can, but my own moments fluctuate between influence from one of those three.
