I've been playing for decades, both guitar and bass.
While I've been in several bands, I never hit on that magic "it" factor that makes a band take off.
Right now I'm recording melodic metal with my best friend who plays lead and is conveniently a professional audio engineer. This is honestly a bit of a vanity project, as I'm really wanting to just hear a lot of ideas kicking around in my head professionally recorded.
*Note* The tracks I have uploaded are home recordings I did on my own (using drum software). I have some with vocals and some without. I consider my vocals to be a placeholder until we find a great frontperson.
I'd also be interested in casually playing in a punk band, especially something like Misfits' Earth AD album.
I'm open to playing with anyone of any race, sex, gender, etc. I'm not interested in playing with bigots, conspiracy theorists, or anti-vaxxers.
