retired from construction. love to play original material. want to play in a band with serious musicians who put music first and work at it. I feel that if you are going to play copy you should at least try to play as written or change it enough to make it better in some way. Thus said, I believe the bass and drums have to work to hold the song on track. people do not dance to the lead or vocal, they pat their foot to the bass and the drums

Too many to list, every song i have heard or played. School band, country band, rock band . everyone has favorites, I never settled on one style. I like jazz rock like Gypsy, wishbone ash, toto, I Have lost a lot of friends to booze and choose not to play with drunks.
