Forming early rockabilly band. Currently playing in venue that only allows for solo act but forming band to find gigs elsewhere.
-I play upright bass. I'm in my 40's
-Looking for a lead guitarist and a rhythym guitarist. If you sing, great, if not that's okay.
-Not looking for people already in a band as that causes scheduling conflicts for rehearsal and gigs
-I can sing and play at the same time on the songs I know
-You must already have gign experience and be WELL ORGANIZED in your approach to the rehearsal and learning of music
-Looking for something on a weekly basis minimum
-I don't stand for "practicing" during rehearsal. That is an immediate deal breaker! Practice is for home, rehearsal is for rehearsing.
