ABOUT

I have been waiting to get another opportunity to spill my creative juices with like-minded individuals. I haven't been in a band since 1999, and have missed it like a lost appendage. I have a pretty wide range vocally and can scream, sing at most octaves. I am heavily influenced by Mike Patton and the vast majority of his projects (FNM, Mr. Bungle, Tomahawk, etc.). Don't get me wrong, although I have a similar range, there is only one MP and I have no illusions about my abilities. I just want to rock out and musically fu*k some sh*t up. I am full-on committed to this!

Influences

As stated, my main influence vocally is Mike Patton, and there is a definite (ongoing) influence there. I don't mind being lumped into a genre, as long as there are reasonable limitations that would allow us to venture into various forms of music. So here is a list of just a few that have shaped my musical tastes: Dillinger Escape Plan, Pantera, The Bled, Sick of It All, Tool, Deadguy, Snapcase, Pitchshifter, Godflesh, Quicksand, Sepultura, Rollins Band, Lamb of God, Clutch

EQUIPMENT

None currently, but am in the process of researching the best, most affordable PA/microphone system. I also have a garage that can be a potential practice space.
