Vocalist, Rhythm Guitar, Lead Guitar, Acoustic Guitar, Drums, Violin, Keyboard.

I'm a 24 year old looking to start or join a band and have fun doing so. I'm committed to a project once I sign on, and I don't let things go unfinished. I'd be available for practice 3-5 evenings a week depending on my work schedule (it changes every week). I've been playing bass for 3 years, played guitar for 10, and flute for 12. The first instrument I learned was trumpet when I was 8 years old. I prefer bass. I do not read music, I'm self taught. Looking to learn more than I already have taught myself. Also, I'm not shy about singing, although I don't know if you can call the noise that spews from my mouth "singing." I guess for punk you can.

I'm looking for something either acoustic and folky, or dancey and electronic-like (think the faint, or even mindless self indulgence). I am not going to sit here and type how amazingly talented I am, because I'm not. And huge egos bother me to no end. I'm looking for something simple and FUN. PS - this doesn't mean that I suck, either.

NOTE** The song on my profile is an original by me, and I am playing the guitar. Please ignore the bass, as the song was never finished and I'm not too fond of what the other person did with the bass line. Thanks.
