It was hard to choose just 4 genres up there. I have a broad range of music I listen to. It seems I lean toward obscure bands lately. I don't keep up with the radio. I am untrained as a musician. It's something I always wanted to learn, but whenever I tried it seemed to take the fun out. I play by ear, and still learning all the time. I play acoustic guitar mainly. I've played bass and other stringed instruments. I wish I could get my hands on all instruments!! I would like to find one or more people to jam with (do some open mics and such) and see where it goes. I have a drummer friend as well that would probably be willing to jam as well.
Hope to hear from some folks!! Any instrument, any style, any age.
Also, any level of awesome! But if you're super awesome just remember I'm not musically trained. I have played for 20 years and pick things up quickly though.
Cheers!!

Influences
All kinds of music influences me. I tend to be behind the times i guess. All music (excluding some very specific styles) has its time and place for me. I try to give all music a chance. Although whenever I hear radio or some of the stuff coming out today I'm a bit shocked by the direction we are allowing music to go.
EQUIPMENT
Acoustic guitars!
May have access to other instruments if it comes to that.
Its always fun making noise out of random things! And washtub basses!!
