Amateur guitar player; not very familiar with music theory or even many chords, I have been playing most of my life but know few songs, I learn by memorization of tab or playing with others, I don't know scales so I cannot play lead but I do enjoy playing rhythm parts, I learn fairly quickly especially if I already know the chords but can learn new chords and progressions usually within a week or two if they are not too complex.
I am a little out of practice but I am starting to play every day again. It is a little boring playing alone so I am looking to join others and learn some new songs.
