"I am presenting Gulf Coast band "Mississippi Sound" to you. A variety band well known for their "Feel Good Music". The band's extensive library of music is truly of an infinite base. Performers, of this caliber, are rare to find in the U.S. let alone the Gulf Coast. Also, three out of the five musicians have already been nationally recognized for their accomplishments. One of the members, Jerry Jaye, earned a spot in the Hall of Fame for a number of hits that topped the pop charts years ago. The saxophone player, Jimmie Vee, also tour's with Vince Vance and the Valiants and truly is the best saxophone player in the world! Look, this group definitely has much needed experience in the music industry. I cannot speak highly enough of these uniquely talented musicians. It is my guarantee that the entertainment value of this band will far exceed most other's on the Coast. We just did the New Orleans Mardi Gras Association Ball on Feb 20th 09, and are certain you will find our diversity, showmanship, crowd reading and PRICE to be a HIT for any event, or cliental market you may have. You are truly in for a good show when employing this band. The energy they produce on stage is one of a kind as is the visual and crowd participation. Mississippi Sound is a top 40/variety band from the Mississippi gulf coast. We do play often but are always looking for other opportunities along the coast or across america. We are not what you would call "hobbyist" In other word's please don't send us a message if your new to the coast, play a guitar, and want to have a jam session at your house and maybe work up a gig down the road! I/we are professional entertainer's whom are always open to ideas and more work on the side. We can be very flexible with many other bands or individuals without much compromise as music is all we do for a living. Got a gig? need a drummer for the gig because your drummer's girlfriend runs his life? Or he drinks so much he can't stay on the throne and falls off all night? that type of thing you know!
