After 15 years of heart problems on August 22, 2006 Homer Joy recieved the gift of life..a heart transplant. As he awaited the new heart Buck Owens told him not to give up and finish the project. Six months later Homer did, and finished his new cd "Someday It'll Be Country" which includes the duet he and Buck did "John Law".

A Multi talented Musicians who can play keys, fiddle,& harmonica,

Be familiar with Waylon, Hank Jr., Merle Haggard, Buck Owens, Earl Thomas Conley, Etc. Country Music of that era.
Some classic rock and roll ...CCR, Elvis, Stones....
all songs to be played as close to the originals as possible.

Musicians must learn New material in short period of time includes all cuts from "Someday It'll Be Country"

Players need to be a “cut above” accomplished players,with the ability to learn songs quickly
No substance abuse
Male or Female...age 21 on up
Need to be able to travel...up to 1-4 weeks at a time.
Showing up when scheduled for practice as well as preformances.
A good stage presense, Positive attitude, respect for all band members, and management
Not interested in “Stars” who know it all... But good solid players who want to be “part” of something that will benefit everyone involved.
Not interested in mercenaries, going to the highest bidder...
