YACHT ROCK.....The Ultimate Tribute to the soft rock of the late 70's and early 80's. This music has made a huge resurgence and appeals to an adult demographic which is why this project has agency representation, performs at private and corporate events, is marketed to Country Clubs, Municipalities, Event Planners, Festival Promoters, and other venues/events capable of paying beyond typical "club wages".

This project is made up of a group of professional working musicians, some of whom are involved in other working bands.
The core band (6 members) is in place and fully rehearsed and performing actively.... but we are in need of the 7th member.

* Expert Keyboardist - versatile with good gear and great attitude, willing to do the work necessary to get up-to-speed with the band quickly. Backing vocals/harmonies a big plus as is comfort with other instruments (guitar, percussion, wind instrument, etc.)

This is a professional situation which we take very seriously and are looking for someone who approaches it the same way. We rehearse mostly at a private studio in Lantana (sometimes in Deerfield Beach) and expect to have at least weekly or bi-weekly rehearsals until the new member is fully integrated.

Age is not an issue at all...male or female not an issue.... but having a feel for and familiarity of this music is....as is having a work ethic that will get you up to speed with the band in a timely manner.

Every member of this project is involved with other working bands so its totally OK if you are involved in other projects too...provided you can carve out the time required for "homework" and rehearsal time and will commit to making these gigs a priority.....which for everyone's benefit will be booked as far in advance as is possible.
