ABOUT

I've been playing music ever since I could hold an instrument with my hands. Started with Accordion, then played alto sax. Then got my first six-string (have 5 now), then tried keyboards, and that's what I'm mostly playing now, meanwhile I tried bass guitar and cello. I have sung in choirs for about 10 years total. Won some international festivals singing bass/baritone in a ~40 people group. Sang Mozart, Beethoven, Rachmaninoff... you name it. These days I'm mostly singing background vocals (I can sing over Bon Jovi's lines in falsetto) and playing keyboards in cover bands. I ain't scared of any genre and I think there is something to learn from all of them. I play mostly different kinds of rock in my bands now, but I played other genres in the past and I experiment at home.

I often cover multiple parts with my keyboards. Apart from piano, organ and similar instruments, I also cover rhythm guitar, play the second lead guitar on many songs, horn section, strings, percussion, sound effects. You name it. And I sing back up vocals.

I'm currently quite busy, but I would like to stay in touch with fellow musicians and see if there is a project I can join once my schedule opens up a bit.

My current bands are:
Friends of Ken, Public Eye and Highway 4.
