Hey I'm Yas and I feel like I'm a wide-eyed 20 year old musician (Guitar & Singing) wishing that he can make music that people can listen to and enjoy whether it be energetic or to help them get through hard times like others had done for me. Love sad songs but also love the ones that get you pumped or possibly make a statement on the world like most classics. Lowkey wanna do it as a hobby but if it blows up and I'm able to use it to make my mom and baby brother live a better life then it's a plus for me. I'm definitely a night person but my home practice is during the afternoon into the early night since I don't wanna wake up my neighbors unless we meet up somewhere. The goal I guess is to be a group/band with us just being a group of buddies to share ideas of eachother and bring it all in to make our art. Trying songwriting too as I'm currently working on an acoustic song based on my past relationship so I've gone through that phase already. Just wanna feel what I do and hope that others feel that way too you know?

Grew up listening to alot of radio in the car and at home. Never realized I liked music as much as I did until Highschool a few years ago when I got a guitar and only recently actually got serious with my guitar playing/singing. Grew up listening to R&B, Classic Metal (Not so much until more recent), 2000's Metal, Classic Rock, Punk (Loved Paramore), Alternative Rock, Grunge, SOME screamo and the classic pop songs too as well as today's. Big influences on singing are ranging from Zakk Wylde, Avenged Sevenfold, Aerosmith, Scorpions, Ozzy Osbourne, Danny Worsnop from Asking Alexandria when he sings clean, Twenty One Pilots (Eh), and some Emo bands/Indie singers sometimes. I try to adjust to the genre and practice to get tones in my singing. I'm definitelt a classic rock/acoustic/metal acoustic guitarist though lol but I'm working on technique for more modern stuff/ improv so I like to think I'm flexible for practice but just never had one set genre/style to work on.

Need batteries soon but I have a small 10W amp (Have a distortion pedal and reverb/delay pedal), electric guitar with a messed up 5th fret on the high E, nylon string classical guitar, much better quality acoustic guitar with electric capability and headset with a good mic to record vocals.
