My name is Michael and I am looking to join a band in my area. I am looking for musicians that are open to doing original stuff. I have never been in a band before but, I have acting experience and have taken voice lessons for about 5 years. I can sing a lot of styles of music and I am open to a bunch of different styles. The only thing I don't like to do is ultra heavy metal or death metal. Most important for me is just having fun yet still be committed. If you are local and might be interested please contact me.

My influences run the gambit. They include the Beatles, Aerosmith, The Cult, The Clash, Duran Duran, Dave Matthews, Echo and The Bunnymen, The Cure etc... I am really into 80's sound and I really like bands with a unique sound.
