I am an experienced musician who plays congas, bongos, djembe, dumbek/darbuka, and other percussion. And, though it is not my current focus, I play drumset and would be happy to fill in occasionally.
I have performed as a percussionist with multiple bands at clubs, and have drummed for dance classes and events.
My musical inspiration comes from Afrobeat, funk, soul, Middle Eastern, Latin, world, and tribal music; and, I am versed in lots of other styles. I like to work with and spring off of other musicians in creating a deep groove as well as in improvising. I hope to find some folks who have some similar interests in order to create musical synergy.
I would look forward to gig and am available for performing at clubs, events, or recording sessions.

EQUIPMENT
Have congas, bongos, djembe, dumbek/darbuka, and small percussion: clave, agogo bell, and shakers.
