Young Kingdom, an established original rock band from Indianapolis, IN is seeking a new bassist. We have released an EP and our first full length album (just last June), and things are looking up!
Ideally we could find someone who can play bass and also help out with background vocals. If you can play the keys too that is a major bonus!
Please own your own gear, have reliable transportation, and have a day job. People with drug or alcohol problems will not be considered. Having a beer or two at shows is not a problem, until it becomes a problem...

Influences
We are an original band, but we also do a fair amount of cover shows (with some originals mixed in) to help pay the bills. That way we have money for top notch studio recordings, gear improvements, etc.
The bands we cover include:
Tom petty, Black Keys, Foo Fighters, Kings of leon, White Stripes, Pearl Jam, the Pixies, Led Zeppelin, the Doors, Joni Hendrix,The Strokes, and many more.
