ABOUT

I've been playing guitar for just a few years, but I've spent hundreds of hours of my free time playing guitar and jamming to backing tracks. I love playing music for fun, but i listed myself as moderately committed because I never wanna stop playing and learning, however college is my main focus. I'm mildly experienced, having played in a small band my last 2 years of highschool before moving to Gainesville...it was a lot of fun. I love jamming with others. On the spot solos are my favorite, I usually run across different modes of a key with a natural and blues style.

Influences

Red Hot Chili Peppers (Slovak, Flea, FRUSCIANTE[my hero]) I love their funky old stuff. Queens of the Stone Age (Josh Homme...also my hero), Black Keys (Dan ;) ), Arctic Monkeys (Alex Turner). As a side note, I listen to, and watch, a lot of bands who's guitarists I don't specifically know, but I try and steal tricks and learn from.

EQUIPMENT

Mexican Fender Stratocaster (decked with stickers ;D), with line 6 combo amp (don't know model, but it is gig-worthy), fuzz pedal (big muff), crybaby wah (my favorite pedal), blues light distortion pedal (forgot name). Black 4-String Gibson bass, TCelectronic gig-worthy bass amp (BG250210 combo w/ Toneprint), no pedals. Jay turner all acoustic (sounds beautiful, has a cracked head tho), Gibson j160e John Lennon replica (acoustic/electric). I also got a pretty terrible mic...
