There is no feeling that can equal the joy and excitement of that moment when you and the people you're writing music with realize, "we really have something here." I am looking to put together a band made up only of people willing to put their egos aside and do what's best for the song, ALL THE TIME AND EVERY TIME. This band will not perform until it's ready to make an impression on an audience. We're not going out and playing covers at the local sports bar. This band will hit the ground running when the time comes. If you don't have the patience for that, move along.
ABOUT ME:
I'm no guitar dynamo. I am not going to wow you with my technical proficiency on any instrument. My most valuable asset is my ear. I hear things musically that most others don't, and I'm able to translate that into writing songs. That's what I am bringing. I will end up playing guitar or bass or possibly keyboard in the band.
***please -- no mid-life crisis, "my wife got fat, my job sucks and i want to be in a rock band to feel young again" musicians should apply. i'm looking for people in their 20s or early 30s for this project.
