I am a professionally trained singer looking to join a band that would like to fill a very unique musical niche. I have been singing since childhood, first in formal classical music settings. I took vocal lessons every week as a trained operatic singer. I then majored in music as my undergraduate degree at UCLA. I have consistently continued my vocal coaching on a weekly basis for almost 10 years now.
I am 28 years old now and looking to join a metal band that can take a Power Metal style vocalist. I fill a unique niche as a bass-baritone ranged singer who has used my operatic powerful voice in the realm of metal and alternative rock music to basically sing music in the style of bands most closely resembling Stratovarius, a famous Power Metal band, or the rare alternative bands with a baritone vocalist like Poets of the Fall, and performing that style with a bass range twist.
