Hey there,
I am looking to either do a funk/ blues tribute band or rock/ blues tribute band. I am a big fan of Tower of Power and Jazz fusion artist from Chick Corea, Mike Stearn, Victor Wooten, Greg Howe, Matt Scofield…and the list goes on. I was a drummer from 2nd grade to 7th Grade raised by a singer songwriter who was a guitarist. I played guitar when drumming in my childhood. Then quit drumming in 7th Grade moving exclusively to guitar. I have been in many bands in my teens and Twenties and Thirtities. Also played some lead and rhythm tracks on my mothers album. I have done studio time and gig extensively. I am looking purely for fun and some gig time perhaps. I can read charts and can sing well. If you are looking to develop an ass kicking rythm section and have a blast grooving I am your guy.
