ABOUT

Hey all, diverse vocalist here looking to start or join an original project. Been involved with various diverse projects and have both studio and performance experience.

I am currently involved with a few projects, but am still trying to find the one that really speaks to my soul. I have original lyrics and ideas, but need help with executing them. A list of artists/bands I'd love to emulate: Gary Numan, A Perfect Circle, Stabbing Westward, The Dreaming, HIM, Lacuna Coil, Staind, Failure, Adema, Orgy, Linkin Park, Ghost, Dream Theater, Evanescence, No Doubt. I would also be open to covering any of the above artists.

A little more about me:

I took voice lessons as a kid as well as in College and then I was also in Choir from middle school through high school. I've sang symphonic metal, blues rock, classic rock, alternative rock/pop, hard rock, a little bit of country... I feel I've done everything but screamo and rap - but I am always up for a challenge. I'm not really a screamer, but I can get gravelly and rough at times. I've done a few rock screams (covering Van Halen, Judas Priest, etc.)

I'm located in the south suburbs, but am willing to travel if it feels right/if its worth it.

I love music and would love for it to be my career. I'm always looking for new opportunities to grow and showcase my talent. My mind is open to any ideas, so please reach out with any ideas or proposals.

I've gained a lot of performing and recording experience throughout the last few years (via original and cover/tribute bands). I also have written and co-written lyrics and am continuing grow with that. One of my previous projects recorded a 5 song EP and I've done home recordings for another musical partner.

EQUIPMENT

I own my own microphone (Shure Beta 58A). I also have an electric guitar (with amp), bass (with amp), and an organ. I also have access to a harp, two 6 string acoustic guitars, a 12 string acoustic guitar, and violin. Can I play any of these? No, not really. I just have fun mostly and try to create music.
